Payment is due at the time of service.  We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, as well as cash and personal checks. 

If we participate in your health plan and your visit is covered, the cost to you may only be a co-pay of $5 to $20.  Walk-in fee without an appointment is an additional $5.00.
