After Hours Medical Service

This service is provided to offer you immediate access to urgent health care advice during those times when our office is closed.  When you call our answering service, they will notify the After-Hours Service Medical Staff.  This staff is specially trained to provide over-the-phone medical advice and, when necessary, help schedule an after hours visit to an emergency room.  A report is immediately sent to your personal physician for any follow-up care that may be necessary.

To keep After-Hours Service telephone lines available for urgent problems, only calls regarding illness or injuries will be handled by the staff.  Routine prescription refills, appointment scheduling, child-rearing advice and other non-urgent calls will be handled by your pediatrician and staff during office hours.There may be a fee assessed for the After Hours call.
